| - At the time of inspection, the oxygen reduction potential (ORP), free chlorine, and pH were observed out of range. Also, the emergency telephone was nonfunctional and the emergency telephone sign was not observed. However, at the time of inspection, the pool was closed. During operation, ensure the aforementioned items meet the requirements. - Inspection was conducted by not only Jason Dreier but also Taylor Munn. |
