Special features were not maintained in good repair or in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. The netting underneath the slide on the play feature of the sprayground was observed loosed and not tightly fastened. Also, the water catchment on the play feature of the spray ground was observed loose. Remove entrapment hazard (netting) and tighten water catchment to ensure equipment to spray ground is maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specs.
Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace broken components.
Comments
The PIC stated the potential entrapment hazard below the slide to the sprayground will be fixed prior to re-opening the sprayground to bathers.

A picture will be sent once this issue has been addressed.

Also, ensure the facility's weekly pool operations and incident report sheet are being cross-referenced to match the State document (HEA 5219) to ensure all required test parameters are being documented and recorded.
