3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller was observed reading an ORP of 455. To ensure the free chlorine is at or above 1.0 ppm, the ORP shall be at or above 650. Have the ACC inspected to ensure the ORP is at or above 650.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Critical At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed at 0.0 ppm. To disinfect the pool, the free chlorine shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. At the time of inspection, the pool had yet to be opened. The PIC stated the pool would remain closed until the free chlorine would be at or above 1.0 ppm.

Comments
- At the time of inspection, all the safety equipment was present. Also, besides the chlorine residual, the water quality readings were within normal limits. At the time of inspection, the activity pool had yet to be opened. The PIC stated the pool would remain closed until the free chlorine would reach the minimum chlorine residual. A reinspection will be conducted on or after 07/13/2018.
