| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)/Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards. While the sprayground was functional, observed drains backing up leading to standing water on the deck. Ensure the drains are clean and functional. |
| 3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8 At the time of inspection, the pH was observed above 8.0. Ensure the pH is between 7.2 and 7.8. During this inspection, the free chlorine was observed around 50 ppm. Prior to lowering the pH, ensure the free chlorine is reduced. |

| Chlorine level was at a readable number at 6.2. Observed organic or dirt debris being pushed into the slide activity area. This splash ground is taking in a lot of dirt, operation must control with amount of dirt entering the system. Future problems will occur if this not figure out. |
