A portion of the base to the special feature display was observed loose and in disrepair. Repair per manufacturer's specification to eliminate the potential entrapment hazard. Between the section of the water slide, observed water leaking. Ensure any gaps are eliminated and leaking sections are tightly secured. The fabric barriers on either side of the special feature play slide was observed not securely fastened at either end. Repair the fabric barrier to ensure an entrapment hazard is eliminated Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace broken components.

A detailed email was provided by the pool operator stating several of the present issues have been fixed. This email will be documented as a note-to-file. Specifically, the critical play feature entrapment issue has been addressed (see email). Due to this correction being made, an on-site re-inspection does not need to occur.
