3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) Corrected During Inspection At the time of inspection, the pool was observed without a lifeguard or a "Warning, No Lifeguard" sign. During the inspection, the PIC stated she was the second lifeguard and had to go into her office to do some work, which is where she was located. While the inspection was being completed, the PIC monitored the lap pool while the other lifeguard monitored the therapy pool.

- If a lifeguard is not present, then the following signs shall be posted (3701-31-04(E)(3)): 1. "Warning, No Lifeguard" prominently in the public swimming pool area 2. "Swimming Alone is not Recommended" 3. "Children must be Supervised" If a lifeguard is on duty and present during operational hours, the signs above are not necessary and the lifeguard would be required only to monitor this pool. - At the time of inspection, all the safety equipment was present and in good repair and the water quality readings were within normal limits.
