| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed chips and cracks in deck surface. Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. |
