| - Inspection was conducted to check for any needed repairs to the pool, slides, features or deck. At the time of inspection, the PIC did state the pool tiles are scheduled to be replaced and the seams recaulked. The features are also scheduled to be repainted while a few are being replaced. The slides were observed in good repair. Did observe cracks in the deck surrounding the pool area. Seal any cracks in the deck. A "pool closed" sign was observed and the gate was observed lockable. The pool is closed for the season. |
