Critical Repeat Public swimming pool was in operation while an imminent health hazard existed. Observed activity pool with an entrapment hazard.
Do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. Fix the imminent health hazard before the pool is put back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed large slides leaking from two spots. Repair the leaks.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)/Pool structure is water tight
The pool structure umbrella anchor was cracked and degrading.
Repair the broken tiles.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)/Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed chipped brick/concrete.
Repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s)/Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed perimeter barrier with a gap larger than 6 inches.
Ensure perimeter barrier gaps are less than 6 inches.
Comments
Upon re-inspection, the activity structure entrapment hazard was observed not adequately secure. As a result, the facility shall secure an orange cone to/around the entrapment hazard for the season and/or until fixed.

Re-inspection to check activity structure will occur on or after 5/23/2022.
