Critical At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed at 0.0 ppm. After evaluation of the system by the PIC, he stated the electrical outlet was nonfunctional. During the inspection, the chlorine feeder was plugged into another outlet.

Repeat On the deck surrounding the pool, multiple cracks and projections were observed. Ensure any cracks and projections are repaired or replaced to prevent hazards. If substantial repairs are planned, contact the Ohio Department of Health prior to beginning.

Comments
- At the time of inspection, the restrooms were non-functional. According to the PIC, this was due to repairs being made. The PIC stated all repairs will be completed prior to opening.

- All safety equipment was present and in good repair.

- Reinspection will be conducted on 5/28 to check the water quality.
