3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Repeat At the time of inspection, the flow meter was observed nonfunctional. To ensure the turnover rate meets the requirement, the flow meter shall be functional. Repair or replace the flow meter.

3701-31-04 (C)(3) Repeat At the time of inspection, the total alkalinity was observed at 50 ppm. To ensure the pool water is balanced, the alkalinity shall be at or above 60 ppm. Increase the total alkalinity to or above 60 ppm.
