To ensure the ACC is functioning properly, the ACC flow alarm shall be tested and documented monthly. Ensure to test and document the ACC flow on a monthly basis.

3701-31-04 (E)(4)(d)(i) Corrected During Inspection At the time of inspection, a lifeguard was observed not supervising the diving area while in use. To prevent hazards while patrons are using the diving board, a lifeguard shall be supervising the diving area while the diving board is in use. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the PIC ceased use of the diving board.

- At the time of inspection, all the safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, the water quality readings were observed within normal limits. - Inspection was done with Taylor Munn.
