3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ix)
Chemicals added to the pool other than those used for disinfection were not being recorded.
Facility records must indicate when chemicals, other than disinfectants, are added to the pool water.

Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Maximum flow rate of the filtration system was exceeded.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a)
The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuos location at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1)
Repeat Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm (2.2 ppm).
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4)
Critical Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm (1.6 ppm).
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above.
Comments
At time of inspection, observed free chlorine <2.0 and combined chlorine >1.0. Person-in-Charge (PIC) stated that the spa would be shocked, drained, and refilled this afternoon with fresh water.

A reinspection will occur on or after 05-05-23 to check on the status of the male spa.
