3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches at botom of fence. Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.

Pool must provide a copy of the drain covers certificate, for the inspectors at time of inspection. In an inspection report it was stated that in May 27, 2016, new main drain covers were installed.
