3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)
Repeat Observed the circulation pump flow meter non-functional.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(b)
Observed a visual test kit apparatus being used to test for disinfection residuals. FAS-DPD test kit was not used when required.
Obtain a FAS-DPD test kit immediately.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine observed at 0 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)/Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed rubber deck surface degraded. Upon re-inspection, the rubber deck was observed in progress undergoing repairs.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
Comments
Upon inspection, the wading pool chlorine residual was tested to be 0 ppm. Due to the history of no chlorine residual in the wading pool upon inspection, the wading pool shall not be opened until free chlorine is tested and verified by a representative from Miami County Public Health.

Furthermore, obtain the correct test kit (FAS-DPD).

A re-inspection will occur on or after 6/17/22.
