3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)/Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards. Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed rubber deck surface degraded. Upon re-inspection, the rubber deck was observed in progress undergoing repairs. Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. |

Upon inspection, the wading pool chlorine residual was tested to be 0 ppm. Due to the history of no chlorine residual in the wading pool upon inspection, the wading pool shall not be opened until free chlorine is tested and verified by a representative from Miami County Public Health. Furthermore, obtain the correct test kit (FAS-DPD). A re-inspection will occur on or after 6/17/22. Re-inspection conducted with Brittney Holbrook. |
