Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Observed feeders were not operational during pH and ORP alarm.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(l)
Critical Observed electrical cord plugged into wall while in water in pump room.
Do not operate the pool when an electrical hazard is present and fix water leak.

Oberserved water leak. Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Reapir water leak properly. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Critical Repeat Outlet drain covers were not secure to the pool wall.
Secure the outlet cover immediately to prevent entrapment/evisceration.

Observed ladders that were unsecure.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are secured and in good repair.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
Comments
Towards end of inspection, operator increased chlorine levels to proper operating levels. Operator is going to check chlorine levels till auto-feeder is properly working, and will also take water chemistry tests until issue is resolved.
