3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter not functioning properly. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. |
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. |
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(d) The pool was closed but the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) were not posted with correct terminology. Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use with exact terminology. |

At time of inspection, the pool was closed and the operator stated that the pool would not be open for at least another 2 weeks. Observed the Automatic Chemical Controller not alarming as required. Do not operate the pool until the ACC alarm is functioning properly.
