3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter not functioning properly. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(d) The pool was closed but the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) were not posted with correct terminology. Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use with exact terminology.

Comments

At time of inspection, the pool was closed and the operator stated that the pool would not be open for at least another 2 weeks. Observed the Automatic Chemical Controller not alarming as required. Do not operate the pool until the ACC alarm is functioning properly.
