Observed the perimeter fence in disrepair; multiple areas of the chain link fence unsecure. Also observed the gate closest to the restroom to be broken and the gate nearest the pump room is no longer self closing. Repair.

Ensure that an emergency device is provided, functioning properly, and rings to the emergency response authorities.

Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine observed at 0.6 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
Comments
At the time of inspection, the neck immobilizer was observed in disrepair. Operator stated that it would be replaced promptly and before opening.

Observed a free chlorine level of 0.6 ppm at the time of inspection. Do not operate pool until free chlorine is raised to at least 1 ppm. Re-inspection to occur on or after 5/27 to check chlorine level.

Ensure that all main drains are secure and up to date on certification and not expired. Provide proof that these requirements have been met. If expired, the drain covers must be replaced immediately.
