The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required. At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed at 0.0 ppm. to properly disinfect the pool, the free chlorine shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. Upon making the operator aware of this, the pool was voluntarily closed and the chlorine feeder was increased to 50% (from 25%). Also, the operator contacted maintenance to check the feeder.

- Reinspection was conducted to check the amount of free chlorine in the pool. At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed 2.2 ppm while the combined chlorine was observed 0.0 ppm. All other water quality readings were observed within normal limits. Violation was corrected and is satisfactory.
