3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)
Repeat Observed the circulation pump flow meter non-functional.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed a pH of 7.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Observed total alkalinity of 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(b)
Repeat Observed a visual test kit apparatus being used to test for disinfection residuals. FAS-DPD test kit was not used when required.
Obtain a FAS-DPD test kit immediately.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)/Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine observed at 0 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
Comments
Upon re-inspection, chlorine was observed at nominal levels. Operator stated that a chlorine feeder will be installed to maintain proper chlorine levels in the wading pool from now on. The feasibility of this solution is being referred to the state for confirmation.

Operator stated that the flow meter would be replaced so that accurate readings may occur.
