3701-31-04 (B)(6)
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed pole used for overhang tarp broken in half. Repair or replace pole.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)
Repeat Observed the circulation pump flow meter non-functional.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)
Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed rubber deck surface degraded. Repair.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH of 7.0 at time of inspection.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Repeat The unguarded pool was observed without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine observed at 0 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
Comments
At the time of inspection, free chlorine was observed at 0 ppm. Do not operate the pool until free chlorine is raised to at least 1 ppm. Re-inspection to occur on or after 5/27/2022 to check chlorine levels.

Ensure that all main drains are secure and up to date on certification and not expired. Provide proof that these requirements have been met. If expired, the drain covers must be replaced immediately.
