3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Observed substantial gap in the gate behind the pump room. All gates needs to be tight fitting with gaps that do not allow unauthorized entry

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(z) Special features were not maintained in good repair or in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Observed latex painted wood used as slats on the railing of the special feature/play feature. The latex paint used is chipping off, the screws used are rusting, the wood is splintering and rotting and must be removed. Also, the netting on the special feature/play feature has substantial holes present which creates an entrapment hazard. The netting must be repaired per manufacturer's specifications Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace broken components.

-Facility has between June 24th and June 28th to remove wood railing from special feature/play feature -Facility has closed off the area of the special feature/play feature where the net is torn and creating an entrapment hazard with caution tape. Facility has also stationed a life guard on the special feature/ play feature who monitors the area with the damaged net continuously and also has two "rover" life guards who walk around the special feature/play feature and another guard in a chair adjacent to the damaged netting on the special feature/spray feature -The auto-controller for the activity pool is not functional or being used. Facility is monitoring water chemistry every two hours.
