3701-31-04 (B)(6)(aa) The diving board components was not in good repair. Observed loose bolts connecting the diving board structure to the steel support stand. Tighten bolts on both diving board structures to the steel support structure properly.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(aa) The diving board support steel structure pedestal was not in good repair. Observed small area rusted completely through. Repair or replace pedestal properly. Ensure structure is safe at all times, monitor diving board area components.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) Repeat Deck surfaces has toe hazards at cracking/chipping spots or areas (that were observed). Repair areas of the deck where cracking or chipping is occurring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.

Main drain covers were replaced in both pools at the beginning of 2014, as reported in May 19, 2014 inspection report . Please find the drain certificates to show expiration date, and have present for Health Department review.
