The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(z)/Special features are maintained in good repair and according to manufacturer specifications. Special water pouring feature was loose and could detach from it's circle base. Special feature was not maintained in good repair or in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Manager immediately removed the special feature and began to figure out a temporary solution. Manager plans on buying whole special feature piece as a replacement. Repair/maintain all the special features in good repair and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If necessary, replace broken components.

Special water pouring future was temporarily fixed, making the structure solid so it was not loose and would not shakeable. Manager has ordered a new one for a more permanent solution, and will replace the old one in the future.
