3701-31-04 (B)(1)(k)
Corrected During Inspection Critical At the time of inspection, boxes of pH Down (Sulfuric Acid) were observed being stored adjacent to bags of sodium bicarbonate. Upon making the PIC aware of this, bags of sodium bicarbonate were separated from the pH Down.

3701-31-04 (B)(3)
At the time of inspection, the staff on hand was not knowledgeable in the testing of the water quality readings, SVRS and automatic chemical controller. To ensure proper function and troubleshooting of the pool, ensure the staff is properly trained in equipment operation, chemical storage and water quality.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
The free chlorine was observed not being tested prior to allowing bathers to enter the water. To ensure proper disinfection residual, the free chlorine shall be tested prior to opening. Ensure the free chlorine is tested prior to opening and every 12 hours.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)
Prior to opening the pool, the combined chlorine was not observed being tested. Prior to allowing bathers to enter the water, the combined chlorine shall be tested. Ensure the test is performed prior to opening and every 12 hours.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii)
The pH was observed not being tested prior to the pool opening. Prior to allowing bathers to enter the pool, the pH shall be tested. Ensure the pH is tested before opening and every 12 hours.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f)
At the time of inspection, the flow meter was observed reading 70 GPM. To ensure a proper turnover rate, the flow shall be at least 73 GPM. Increase the flow.

Comments
- At the time of inspection, observed two patrons swimming in the pool. All safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, the water quality readings were observed within normal limits.
