- No violations noted this inspection. All the water quality readings were observed within normal limits. - Per OAC 3701-31-04(E)(2), the following safety equipment is required for each licensed pool. Because the lap pool is licensed separately from the therapy pool, separate equipment is required. Have the following safety equipment readily visible and easily accessible: 1. At least one non-telescopic reach pole 12 feet long with a shepherd's crook 2. At least one US Coast Guard approved Type IV personal flotation device with one-quarter inch line not less than 30 feet or more than 60 feet 3. At least one back or spine board equipped with straps and head immobilizers. - When the this pool is open and operational, ensure lifeguard(s) is supervising or observing this pool only. - Inspection was conducted by not only Jason Dreier but also Shane Snapp and Hannah Zaciewski.
