Critical At the time of inspection, the equalizer line covers were observed not properly secured to the adjacent wall. Secure the equalizer line to the adjacent wall.

Critical The underwater light was observed not connected to a GFCI breaker or outlet. Connect the underwater light to a GFCI breaker.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)
The ladders and rails were observed without escutcheon plates. To prevent the pooling of water, install escutcheon plates to ladders and rails.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)
Critical At the time of inspection, the flow switch on the automatic chemical controller was unable to be tested. Contact manufacturer on how to test ACC and test. Ensure testing is performed monthly and documented.

The DPD test kit was observed without fresh reagents. Discard the old reagents and obtain new ones.

At the time of inspection, the emergency telephone was nonfunctional. Repair or replace the emergency telephone.

At the time of inspection, "Swimming alone is not recommended" and "Children must be supervised" signs were not observed. Obtain signs with the aforementioned statements.

Comments
- At the time of inspection, the pool was already closed due to being the off-season. Due to critical violations, the PIC was not opening the pool. Provide pictures of corrected critical violations or contact when completed and a reinspection will be conducted. An onsite reinspection will be conducted between 6/1 and 6/4.
