3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) Total alkalinity was not tested/recorded weekly. Ensure total alkalnity is tested and recorded weekly. Test and record total alkalinity at least once/week.

Comments

At time of inspection, Automatic Chemical Controller was reading no-flow while there was flow through the system (flow observed on flow meter). Ensure facility is testing water chemistry at least every 4 hours while the facility is open. The facility is now manual dosing with the chemical feeders dosing a small amount of acid and chlorine disinfectant at regular intervals. A reinspection will occur on or after 06/28/23 or when the Automatic Chemical Controller is fixed and able to be checked, tested, and a valid ORP value recorded.
