Comments
Due to severe thunderstorms and tornadoes that affected the area, our office conducted inspections to ensure that all food was being stored and disposed of properly during a power outage situation. Facility was out of power at time of inspection and not open to the public. All coolers and freezers containing TCS foods were plugged into a generator and working properly at time of inspection. TCS foods were temping at or below 41F, and the manager admitted they would continue to take temperatures and keep their eye on food and dispose of any food items that exceed the safe temperature of 41F once electricity returned. More information from ODH regarding food safety and power outages was provided to the manager at time of inspection. No temperature abuse was observed at time of inspection.

Thank you for your time.
