[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Observed oven in chicken area to be leaking during the self-cleaning process. Observed the door to the walk-in freezer in the seafood area to not have a proper seal causing ice build-up to occur around the door frame and on the floor near the door.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed cabinets, handles of fridges/drawers, and shelves to have crumbs and icing caked on them in the bakery. Observed an accumulation of crumbs and food debris in the chicken area reach-in freezer.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed plywood wall in the Click List area where food will be stored while awaiting pick up. Project manager will paint over surface to make smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Observed the floor leading into the larger meat cooler from the meat room to have a non-smooth and non-cleanable surface, along with broken tiles.

Observed the coving to be broken, missing, or falling off throughout the store in prep areas, specifically around corners.
