Facility not in use at time of inspection. Reccommend getting rid of unused equipment and clutter Sanitizer and gloves available. Hot water adequate. As of March 1, 2017 all level 3 and 4 facilities must have one employee certified in level 2 food handling. Our office offers servsafe which satisfies this requirement. Watch for upcoming classes. |
