Facility is very near completion of construction. Need to clean facility before opening. All surface finishes look good. Coolers have thermometers and are reading at a temperature of 41 degrees or below. Biohazard kit and procedure are in place. Employee health policy in place. Employee has taken level II food safety class and has ODH-issued certificate. License granted.
