Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice build-up on the walk-in freezer condenser unit. Have the unit serviced to prevent the ice from accumulating on food stored below.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed cover missing on light bulb in walk-in beer cooler. Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food, equipment, utensils, or single-use articles. Have light covered to increase safety of employees and food.
