Comments
This consultation took place after a small fire occurred on the morning of 3/26/24. Fire was extinguished using canister fire extinguishers, main fire suppression system did not deploy. The fire was contained to one side of the grill line. Due to potential contamination, the entire grill line is to be cleaned- floors, walls, ceiling as well as all surfaces and equipment. Grills and hood to be moved and/or taken apart and cleaned to prevent potential contamination. Food items on line to be discarded include several packages of bread/buns, bacon, sliced tomato, sliced onion, pickles, lettuce, cheese slices, shredded cheese, breading, butter, eggs, salsa, spinach, sausage, avocado spread, condiments, and toppings. All dishes on line are to be washed. All cooking implements, cutting boards, fryer baskets, knives, etc. are to be washed. All single use articles on line are to be discarded. Facility to remain closed until cleaning is complete. Must be cleared to reopen by the fire department and the health department.
