PIC knew 6 reportable illnesses, knew about keeping employees informed. Everyone wearing hair nets, washing hands and gloves. Serving containers were properly labeled. Serv safe was good because they had 1 certificate but other couple of serv safe need the ODH certificate- not a violation just informing. All temperatures were good. |
