Comments
At time of inspection, the following violations were observed: employee did not turn off water with paper towel- please review proper hand washing procedure with all employees; cheese and coleslaw were not being cold held and were out of temp with no procedure for time in lieu of temperature; product is being held for 10 days instead of 7 for date marking- by code, items can be held for 7 days including the day they are prepared; no written procedures were available for time in lieu of temperature activities; single use articles were being stored directly on top of chemical spray heads so that the food contact surface was in direct contact with the chemical spray; ice cream scoop was stored in container of still water- must be stored in running water; towels/ wiping cloths are being laundered at a private residence- must be laundered in a washer/dryer that is used only for the business or in 3 compartment sink; single use articles stored on chemical spray heads- please move to prevent contamination; can opener was soiled- please increase cleaning frequency; restroom door in kitchen area is not self-closing- door must be self-closing; dumpster lid was open- lid must remain closed; gasket on sandwich prep cooler door is torn- please repair/replace.
