Critical Repeat Handwashing sink not accessible. Produce hand sink blocked with boxes. PIC cleared the area around the hand sink.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Multiple packages of raw chicken, pork, and beef in the meat department self-serve case with Sell By dates of 8-22-2022.
TCS foods prepared in the facility or opened commercially packaged foods held for more than 24 hours MUST be marked to indicate the date/day the food shall be cosumed on the premises,sold, or discarded, and shall NOT exceed 7 days. Food MUST be dicarded if the date mark exceeds 7 days OR the food is not date marked.
