Critical Corrected During Inspection observed Raw beef stored above cut potatoes. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC moved beef to bottom shelf.

Critical Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed spray bottles of chemicals not labeled. Label all working bottles of chemicals.
3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Corrected During Inspection Observed no towels or drying device at 3 handwashing sinks. Ensure hand sinks are fully stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. PIC added towels during inspection.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed many areas in the facility being dirty. All coolers, racks, handles, drink machines and all other equipment in the facility needs to be maintained to be clean to sight and touch.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed Ice cream freezer and a fryer in the backroom that were not being used. Items need to be removed from the facility or functioning properly.

Mops dried improperly. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. After use, ensure each mop is hung to dry to prevent growth of bacteria.
