Corrected During Inspection Employee drinkin in non-designated area. Observed employee energy drink at pizza prep station. PIC moved drink to designated area.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed leak at handwashing sink in back room. PIC explained that the general manager is aware of the leak and awaiting repairs.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed open dumpster lids behind facility.
