Observed sour cream packets in the service counter at the facility holding 59 F at the time of inspection. Recommend replacing the iced container much more often or storing the sour cream packets inside the display cooler. All cold held TCS foods must hold 41F or below to prevent temperature abuse.

Observed that the facility was not storing its wiping cloths in sanitizer between uses. Wet, soiled linens shal be held in sanitizer between uses to prevent spreading bacteria.
