Cold food sampled. Observed held below 41F. Hot food sample observed cooked to proper temperature and held above 135F. Sanitized used at 200pm - good. Gloves, thermometers in use. Test strips in use. Prep areas kept clean. Equipment show signs of routine cleaning/sanitizing after use. New cooler door project completed.
