Observed accumulation of soil residue on nonfood-contact surfaces. Wall behind dish tank, wall behind grill, and hand sinks in grill area accumulating food debris. Clean hard to reach areas more often to prevent build up of food debris.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
