| Preliminary inspection before licensing. Still need level 1 and level 2 food safety certificates, copy of certificate of occupancy, surface finishes list, EPA information regarding well and onsite sewage. Need increased foot candles in food prep area. Need to seal small cracks in floor in back kitchen area. Questions arose regarding wooden bar cabinets and the concrete pad for the dumpster- will email about them. |
