Comments
Complaint: Facility is serving raw meat, and the complainant's partner got sick from eating the fish.
Response: Myself and Hannah Montgomery, REHS went to the facility. The Person In Charge explained that all meat is cooked until well done, and this fact is present on their menus. We inspected the facility and although we did find raw meat being stored over ready-to-eat condiments which needs to be addressed, we found no issue with how red meat or fish is being stored that would lead us to conclude that meat is being served raw or is otherwise presenting the public health concerns mentioned in the complaint.
