[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.5(B)(1) / Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed that the facility had some spoons for its pulled pork, barbecue chicken, and chili dog sauce that were not cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. Any utensils that handle foods requiring refrigeration shall be properly cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours. The PIC cleaned these at request of the inspector during the inspection.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
Observed cutting boards were scored. Replace cuttings board when they have deep puts or grooves to prevent bacterial growth.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed that the facility had microwaves and crockpots that were not commercial grade. Once old equipment is damaged, replace with commercial grade.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed that the dish machine was not properly pulling sanitizer. The facility was aware and not using the dish machine to sanitize dishes. Maintain equipment in good repair.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed that the floor under the ice machine in the front of house bar was beginning to warp. Observed a tile broken in the banquet kitchen floor. Maintain floor in good repair so that it is smooth, easily cleanable, and does not cause structural problems.

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed that the light in the walk in cooler did not have a proper shield. Shield the light to prevent it from being broken above any open foods.

3717-1-06.2(I)(1) / Lighting - intensity (10 FC)
Observed that the light in the walk in cooler was damaged and the facility was using a temporary small LED on the door to provide light. Repair the light to prevent employee injury.
