The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3717-1-02.4(C)(16)/Person in charge: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for vomiting and diarrheal events.
Facility still does not have a written procedure for cleaning up vomitus and diarrheal accidents on site. Person-in-charge informed me that a manager was planning on providing these items in the next few days. Please ensure that a spill kit and written procedures for this kit are on site at all times to ensure proper cleanup of vomitus and diarrheal accidents. Will re-check in a week.
Person in charge shall ensure that the FSO or RFE have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved discharge onto surfaces.
3717-1-05.1(S)(1)/Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed faucet on 3-comp sink to have a steady leak. Facility is aware of this and have a work order in place. Someone is scheduled to come tomorrow and fix the broken seal. Please ensure that all plumbing fixtures are maintained in a state of good repair and are up to plumbing code.
3717-1-06.4(B)/Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and food debris on the top and sides of the washer and dryer. Please ensure that these are cleaned at a frequency necessary to keep them free of the accumulation of dirt and food debris in order to prevent pest entry.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
3717-1-06.4(F)/Drying mops.
Observed mops being stored in bucket overnight. Please ensure that mops are dried in an appropriate manner, i.e. hanging them with provided mop hook, to ensure they are being air dried.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
