Discussed report with PIC at the time of inspection. Employees were observed wearing face masks during inspection due to COVID-19 precautions. Posters were also observed in the facility providing employees with educational material regarding COVID-19. Manager explained that temperatures are checked before employees start their shift and masks are provided to employees. Dinning room area was closed at the time of inspection. Stickers were observed on the floor to indicate 6ft distancing. PIC explained that facility plans to reopen dinning room area this Sunday.
