Observed dripping water in reach-in beer cooler. Ensure whatever is causing this drip is repaired or corrected.

Repeat Excessive frost accumulation found in reach-in freezer in back storage area. Ensure non-food contact surfaces of equipment are maintained clean to sight and touch, free of accumulated soils such as frost.
