| At the time of this follow-up, significant progress had been made. At time of inspection, no written procedures for time in lieu of temperature; restroom door in kitchen was not self closing. Hand washing, cold holding, date marking, chemical storage, utensils storage, and linen care were all corrected- thank you. |
