3717-1-03.2(N)(2) / Gloves - slash resistant gloves
Slash resistant gloves used improperly. Gloves should be changed between activity, ie pizza to subs/salad or when soiled. If the food preparer feels they need to wash the gloves, the gloves should be removed, wash their hands and get a new pair.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Ice chest, stand up cooler and in back hallway near restrooms used for storage. Unused equipment.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Repeat Observed stained ceiling tile.

3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Observed employee food/drink not located in a separate area. Suggested marking a lower shelf and labeling it for employee use. .

Current food license and level 2 training of PIC displayed. Employees follow a verbal EHA. BFK observed. Temperatures recorded at the time of inspection were compliant. Fans need to be cleaned more often and there were a few cobwebs that need to be removed. There is excessive clutter and unused items/equipment on the premises. There are a few stained ceiling tiles, Facility in overall good repair, well maintained and clean.
